After graduating from CU Boulder, Jim Romano has been a full-time licensed Realtor since 1992. He started his Real Estate career with Moore & Company and made the move to RE/MAX Professionals in 2000. The RE/MAX Professionals office has obtained a dominant market share in its service areas and is currently the third-largest real estate company in Colorado.
During his career, Jim has been a top producer, consistently in the Top 5 in Real Estate Sales for RE/MAX Professionals and has earned the CRS designation. He is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement Award and Diamond Club. Andrea Romano
Andrea Romano is a proud Colorado native who graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Business Marketing & Management. For 10 years she worked at State Farm Insurance as a residential field claims adjuster in the Denver Metro area, gaining great experience and knowledge in home construction, materials and value. Andrea was fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom for ten years where she enjoyed raising her three children with her husband Jim. Wanting to get back in the workforce Andrea then joined The Elite Home Sales Real Estate Team in 2007 as their listing coordinator. Andrea thoroughly enjoyed working with sellers and loved the hands-on experience she gained in staging and marketing homes. Andrea became a licensed real estate broker in 2012, and currently enjoys working with buyers as the team’s buyer’s coordinator. Jenny Gomez
Jenny moved to Colorado from New Mexico many years ago only to fall in love with the climate and beautiful surroundings which is why she decided to establish permanent roots here. In 2001 she obtained her Real Estate license after transitioning from 16 years in Sales & Marketing with Property Management. Her understanding of the impact which selling and purchasing a home has on people’s lives comes from her own personal experience of moving to Denver. I am a Colorado Native, born and raised in the South Metro Denver area. Growing up in a family of golfers, my passion for playing led me to the University of Wyoming where I graduated with a degree in Marketing and Customer Experience Management. After graduation, I worked in luxury hospitality for three years as a Personal Vacation Advisor.

Jo Ann Mayhew
Jo Ann has extensive experience in all the details of residential real estate. She has been taking care of the day-to-day details from marketing to file management for the team since 1998. Jo Ann lives in Highlands Ranch with her husband, Bob. Karly Hanson
After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 2016, Karly started her career in communications and marketing at the SMU Tower Center for Public Policy and International Affairs, a nonprofit policy research center housed within the university. She was promoted to Head of Marketing of the center, and also to Head of Marketing of the SMU Mission Foods Texas-Mexico Center, becoming the first university employee to be on staff at two centers.
After working for the university for three years, Karly took a year off to travel the country in a teardrop trailer before settling down again in her home state of Colorado. She threw herself into the world of real estate and joined the Elite Home Sales Team as their Marketing Director. Now she loves being a part of the process that helps others find their home in the beautiful Denver area.
